- Photos you choose to upload for your assessment, and any health information you decide to share
- Your email address, if you subscribe to our newsletter
- Technical information: IP address, browser and device type, and language preference; analytics data only with your consent
How we use your information
We use your information to respond to your enquiries, prepare your doctor's preliminary assessment, coordinate your treatment and travel, keep the website secure and meet our legal obligations. If you consent, we use aggregated usage statistics to improve the website. We do not sell your personal data or share it with third parties for advertising.
Forms and photos
Photos and health information sent through our forms are viewed only by the doctor and coordinator looking after you. We process this information on the basis of the explicit consent you give with the checkbox on the form. Uploading photos is entirely optional, and you need not include anything you would prefer not to share.
Storage and security
Your data is stored on secure cloud infrastructure protected by access controls. Information is encrypted in transit, and photos are kept in an encrypted, restricted-access area; access is limited to authorised team members and is logged. Where servers are located outside Türkiye, transfers take place in line with KVKK and applicable legislation. We keep your data only for as long as the purpose of processing requires. While no system is entirely without risk, we review our security measures regularly.
Service providers and links
Providers of services such as hosting, email and messaging can access your data only as far as their service requires and are bound by confidentiality. Our website may link to third-party services such as WhatsApp or social media platforms; when you use them, that provider's privacy policy applies.
Visitors from the European Union
If you visit from the European Union or the European Economic Area, the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) may also apply to the processing of your data. In that case we rely on contract, legal obligation, legitimate interests and consent as legal bases, and process health data only with your explicit consent.
