Overview

Breast aesthetics refines the volume, shape and position of the breasts in harmony with your proportions. Augmentation, lift and reduction can be planned alone or together; the aim is a balanced, natural silhouette that feels entirely your own.

Planning begins with measurements and an assessment of skin elasticity, tissue thickness and chest-wall shape. Where implants are considered, size, profile and placement are chosen together — balancing your goals with the volume your tissues can comfortably support.

Surgery takes place under general anaesthesia in our accredited partner hospital, using FDA- or CE-approved implants where the plan includes them. After one night in hospital you move to your hotel, and after your day-seven check you are ready to fly home.

Techniques & options

Breast augmentation with implants

Round or anatomical silicone implants are placed beneath the breast gland (sub-glandular) or partly beneath the chest muscle (dual plane). The incision can sit in the breast fold, around the areola or in the armpit.

Breast lift (mastopexy)

Sagging breast tissue is reshaped and lifted, excess skin is removed and the nipple is raised. If you would also like more volume, implants can be added in the same session.

Breast reduction

Excess breast tissue, fat and skin are removed for lighter, more proportionate breasts. The operation also includes a lift and often eases strain on the neck and back.

Fat transfer

Fat taken by liposuction from the abdomen or thighs is purified and transferred to the breasts — an implant-free option for a modest gain in volume. Some of the fat is reabsorbed over time.

How it works

    Online assessment

    You share your photos in confidence; your surgeon listens to your goals, assesses suitability and prepares a personal preliminary plan.

    Arrival and consultation

    You are met at the airport and settled into your hotel. The same day brings measurements, breast imaging and pre-operative tests, and implant size is chosen together where needed.

    Surgery day

    Depending on the technique, the 1–4 hour operation is performed under general anaesthesia, followed by one night of nurse-supervised rest in hospital.

    Recovery at the hotel

    Your coordinator schedules your check-ins; dressings, a support bra and medication keep the first days comfortable.

  5. 5

    Day-seven check and flight home

    Your incisions are checked and your scar-care and support-bra plan is explained. Online follow-ups continue for 12 months.

Recovery timeline

  1. Days 1–3

    Rest

    Tightness, swelling and tenderness are expected and managed with medication. You use your arms gently and sleep on your back, head slightly raised.

  2. Days 4–7

    Recovering

    Movement becomes easier and short walks are fine. You wear your support bra day and night, and after your day-seven check you are ready to fly.

  3. Weeks 2–3

    Daily life

    Most people return to desk work and social plans. Heavy lifting and strenuous arm movements wait a little longer.

  4. Weeks 4–6

    Active life

    Exercise resumes gradually with your surgeon's approval; the support bra is usually worn until the end of this period.

  5. Months 6–12

    Final shape

    Swelling fully resolves and the breasts settle into their final shape, while scars continue to soften and fade.

Frequently asked questions

Which implant size is right for me?
The right size depends not only on a cup size but on your chest width, tissue thickness and skin elasticity. At your consultation we try different options together using trial sizers.
Will my implants need replacing?
Modern implants have no fixed expiry date, but they are not expected to last a lifetime either. They are monitored with regular check-ups and can be replaced if a problem arises or your wishes change.
Will it affect breastfeeding or mammograms?
Many people breastfeed after augmentation; the possible effect of a lift or reduction is discussed individually. Breast screening continues with mammography and ultrasound — simply tell the radiographer you have implants.
Will the scars be visible?
Incisions are planned to sit in natural creases and along the edge of the areola wherever possible. Scars look pink in the first months and usually soften and fade over 12–18 months.
What are the risks and possible side effects?
Bleeding, infection or delayed wound healing can occur after any surgery. Breast-specific risks include altered nipple sensation, asymmetry and capsular contracture around an implant; all, including rare ones, are discussed openly beforehand.
Do you also offer male breast reduction (gynaecomastia)?
Yes. Male breast enlargement is corrected with liposuction and, where needed, removal of glandular tissue through a small incision at the edge of the areola. Your procedure and stay are planned individually.
