Overview
Botox and fillers are physician-led injectable treatments that soften expression lines and restore volume lost over the years. The aim is not to change your expression, but to keep a look that is rested, balanced and still entirely yours.
Botulinum toxin temporarily relaxes the muscles behind lines on the forehead, between the brows and around the eyes. Hyaluronic-acid fillers restore volume and support to the cheeks, temples, lips, jawline and under-eye area; based on a substance found naturally in the body, they are gradually absorbed and can be dissolved if needed.
Every treatment follows a plan based on your facial anatomy and skin analysis, uses approved products and is performed by a physician. A session takes around 30–45 minutes and you return to your day straight afterwards — which is why injectables fit easily into a short stay in Istanbul.
Who is it for?
- Anyone wishing to soften expression lines on the forehead, between the brows or around the eyes
- People who look tired because of volume loss in the cheeks, temples or under the eyes
- Those looking for a more balanced contour of the lips, chin or jawline
- Anyone who would like a measured refresh without surgery
- Adults aged 18 and over in good general health who are not pregnant or breastfeeding
Techniques & options
01
Botulinum toxin (botox)
By temporarily relaxing the muscles of expression, it softens lines on the forehead, between the brows and around the eyes. In suitable cases it is also used for a prominent jaw muscle or excessive sweating.
02
Hyaluronic-acid fillers
Volume and support lost in the cheeks, temples, chin and jawline are gently restored. Blunt-tipped cannulas are used in suitable areas, which helps to reduce bruising and swelling.
03
Lip refinement
Contour, symmetry and hydration are supported while keeping the natural proportions of your lips. The aim is not obvious volume, but lips that sit in harmony with your face.
04
Full-face planning
Rather than focusing on a single line, your whole face is assessed. Botox and fillers are combined in one plan that respects your natural proportions, in stages if needed.
How it works
- 1
Online assessment
You share photos of your face at rest and in expression; your physician listens to your goals, assesses suitability and prepares a personal preliminary plan.
- 2
Skin analysis and consultation
Once you have been met at the airport and settled into your hotel, you meet your physician in person. Your expressions, facial proportions, skin and medical history are assessed, and the areas to treat are agreed together.
- 3
Treatment
A topical anaesthetic cream is applied where needed. Your physician completes the 30–45 minute treatment with fine needles or blunt-tipped cannulas, explaining each step as they go.
- 4
Aftercare and daily life
After a short rest you can return to your plans the same day. You receive written aftercare for the first 24 hours, and your coordinator is reachable 24/7.
- 5
Two-week review
Around two weeks later you review the result with your physician — in person or online. If needed, a small top-up is planned.
Recovery timeline
First hours
Mild redness
Brief redness and small bumps at the injection points are common. After botox, avoid lying down or massaging the area for the first four hours.
First 24 hours
Gentle care
It is advisable to avoid strenuous exercise, saunas, alcohol and pressure on the face. Make-up can wait until the next day.
Days 2–7
Settling
Any swelling from fillers eases and small bruises fade. Botox begins to take effect from around day two to five.
Week 2
Full effect
Botox reaches its full effect and fillers settle into the tissue. You review the result together at your check.
From month 3
Looking ahead
The effect of botox usually fades gradually over 3–4 months, and that of fillers over 6–18 months depending on the area. Your next treatment is planned after a fresh assessment.
