Overview
Rhinoplasty reshapes the bone and cartilage framework of the nose to create a profile in harmony with your face. A good rhinoplasty is one nobody can identify — a nose that simply belongs.
Planning begins with facial analysis from the front, side and base views, together with an assessment of skin thickness and the internal structures of the nose. Breathing is considered alongside aesthetics, and a deviated septum can be corrected in the same operation.
Surgery takes place under general anaesthesia in our accredited partner hospital. Instead of traditional packing, soft silicone splints are used so you can breathe more comfortably; the external splint is removed at your day-seven check and you are ready to fly home.

Closed rhinoplasty
All incisions are made inside the nose, leaving no visible scar. Ideal for more limited refinements, with a slightly quicker recovery.

Open rhinoplasty
A small incision between the nostrils gives direct access to the structures — offering precise control for complex tip work and revisions. The scar fades to near invisibility.

Preservation rhinoplasty
A hump is corrected while keeping the natural structure of the nasal bridge, often giving a more natural dorsal line and less swelling in suitable anatomies.

Septorhinoplasty
Aesthetic refinement combined with correction of a deviated septum and airway problems in the same session.
How it works

Online assessment
You share your photos; your surgeon listens to your goals, assesses suitability and prepares a personal preliminary plan.

Arrival and consultation
You are met at the airport and settled into your hotel. The same day brings facial analysis, photo simulation and pre-operative tests.

Surgery day
The 2–4 hour operation is performed under general anaesthesia, followed by one night of nurse-supervised rest in hospital.

Recovery at the hotel
Your coordinator schedules daily check-ins; cold therapy and medication keep you comfortable and swelling under control.

Day-seven check and flight home
The splints are removed and your aftercare plan is explained. Online follow-ups continue for 12 months.
Recovery timeline
Days 1–3
Rest
You rest with your head elevated. Bruising and swelling around the eyes are expected; discomfort is usually mild and managed with medication.
Days 4–7
Recovering
Bruising begins to fade. Short walks and a gentle pace around the city are fine. The splint comes off on day seven.
Weeks 2–3
Social life
Visible swelling largely settles and most people return to work and social plans. The nose still feels slightly swollen.
Months 1–3
Active life
Light exercise can resume; glasses and contact sports wait for your surgeon's approval.
Months 6–12
Final shape
Subtle swelling — especially at the tip — resolves and your nose settles into its final shape.
